Khoy Silicon Factory is being built with the aim of creating a silicon production unit with the ability to produce all kinds of solid grade silicones with a capacity of 50,000 tons per year and micro silica powder with a capacity of 14,000 tons per year in Khoy city, Khoy industrial town.
The land where the project is implemented is located in the second phase of Khoy industrial town and has an area of more than 171 thousand square meters. In the first phase of the project, the occupation area of the project is about 30,000 square meters.
The investment required for this project will be more than $ 50 million.
The progress of the project so far is 36.5% and the first phase will be opened in September 1400
